Desk Tracker

Other libraries within the University of Minnesota Libraries are using Desk Tracker to capture data regarding all reference transactions. Desk Tracker is a licensed, database driven tool for recording data about reference transactions using Web forms. It also includes instant reports. The Bio-Medical Library is considering switching to Desk tracker in order to be on the same platform as the rest of the system and to take advantage of more robust querying and reporting functions.

LibStats

LibStats is an open source, online tool for collecting data about reference transactions. It is database driven, highly configurable, and includes reporting functionality.
